  Excellent service. They really seem to want to make sure that you are getting exactly what you want. Not pushy at all! Lots of very interesting and unique designs on display, plus they are super helpful if you want custom work done as well.

  Katelyn and the Abra crew helped me with a ring purchase, 2 ring sizings, AND they gold-plated a charm that was very special to me. I find the prices here to be lower than what I would expect, and the jewelry is surprisingly reasonable. The customer service here is simply the best, and I've been to quite a few local jewelers. I always feel a little intimidated in jewelry stores because I don't know the terminology of things, but I have never felt like an idiot at Abracadabra. The staff is SUPER helpful, respectful, and really on top of their game. I felt like I was the only customer they had (but that is certainly not the case), THAT is superior customer service! Kudos to Katelyn and the Abracadabra crew!

  How do I even begin to describe the love I have for the Abra crew? My husband had my engagement ring designed here by Pippa. They were patient and helpful and managed to understand what I wanted even when I wasn't entirely sure myself. We have gone back regularly since for other pieces and are always pleased to see everyone there--they are kind, creative, and so very helpful! I LOVE this place more than I can even put into words.
