- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆They say they care but they don't. If they did then they would answer the phone. I would not open an account with Bank of America. You will not be able to reach anyone when calling since they don't answer the phone. I am a small business owner (15 yrs) and if I didn't have so much invested in checks and etc. I would go to another bank solely based on the huge inconvenience of not being able to contact someone via the phone.
