  Contrary to some of the other reviews here I've had nothing but a great experience at this branch. I do both business & personal banking here and have never had any issues or waited more than a minute or so for a teller (on most occasions I actually experience no wait). In my experience the staff is always friendly and efficient — I appreciate their great service and would recommend banking at this branch to anyone. One caveat, if you want to do something a bit more involved, say set up a new business account, I would suggest visiting the Main St. branch to potentially save yourself a bit of time; it's the main Ann Arbor area branch for a reason.

  Bankers are great!! I don't know what these previous reviews talking about!!! painless timeless visit to the bank and very friendly, professional and funny people.

  The tellers are friendly and helpful. The bankers provide terrible customer service. They do not listen to their customers and the 'solutions' they suggest don't even make sense because they weren't really paying attention to what the customer was saying. I'd find another branch to bank at or even another bank altogether that can be more assistive to their customer's needs.
