- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆DO NOT TRUST THIS LOCATION TO SHIP ANYTHING IMPORTANT!! We had them package and ship a large picture for us in December (!!), and it arrived with a crack in the glass. UPS and THIS UPS STORE have refused to honor the insurance coverage we had on the shipment. Worse, the store manager refuses to take or return calls and is "not in" when we stop by. USE THEIR SERVICES AT YOUR OWN RISK. Don't have them ship anything breakable or having any value. They DO NOT care about your package, their customers, or honoring their commitments. Our last resort will be to take them to court to collect what they owe us. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Don't put yourself in the same position - AVOID THIS STORE and use a REPUTABLE shipper!By Rob Reynolds, September 27, 2016
